Rent Agreement
This Rent Agreement is made on 13-06-2026 between:
«Landlord Name» (PAN: «PAN»), hereinafter called the "Landlord",
AND
«Tenant Name» (PAN: «PAN»), hereinafter called the "Tenant".
1. The Landlord agrees to let out the residential property at «Property Address» to the Tenant.
2. The monthly rent shall be ₹15000, payable on or before the 5th of each month via bank transfer / UPI.
3. The lease period is from 01-04-2025 to 31-03-2026.
4. The Tenant shall use the premises for residential purposes only and pay electricity/water charges separately.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with one month's written notice.
